In a recent article of the IoT section, the Journal du Net provides a detailed review of innovative systems that rely on sensory capabilities to support manufacturers in their automation needs and increase their performance.
Also famous for its HERACLES Electronic Nose, Alpha MOS is quoted for its ASTREE Electronic Tongue with taste sensors capable of comparing food, beverage and pharmaceutical products for their taste profile.
The article is an opportunity for Pierre Sbabo, CEO of Alpha MOS, to point out that "building sensory analytical models reassures manufacturers because it allows them to obtain results similar to those obtained with human testers, which will always remain at the factory verification stage."
