Organized by the Association for the Science and Information on Coffee (ASIC), this prestigious international event brings together leading scientists, researchers, and industry experts to explore the latest advancements in coffee science and technology. For over five decades, ASIC has served as a global forum for sharing scientific knowledge and innovation across the coffee sector.

The 2025 edition of the conference marks a special milestone — the 30th ASIC Conference — and will be hosted in Portugal, a country with a rich history of coffee research.
