Electronic Nose & Electronic Tongue
Electronic Nose and Tongue instruments are designed for odor, taste or chemical profiling analysis.
Basically, Electronic Nose and Tongue analyzers consist of 3 major parts :
- a sample delivery system,
- a detection system,
- a computing system for data acquisition and processing.
To address the different application needs, Alpha MOS has developed a range of instruments integrating various sampling or detection systems.
