Alpha MOS proprietary software, named AlphaSoft, allows to monitor electronic noses, electronic tongues and gas chromatographs from Alpha MOS-Perichrom, to achieve data acquire and processing.

AlphaSoft for Electronic Nose & Electronic Tongue
A common and unique platform of the AlphaSoft software monitors all electronic noses and electronic tongues from Alpha MOS range. AlphaSoft uses multivariate statistical analysis and chemometrics to acquire, compute and interpret electronic nose and electronic tongue measurements.

AlphaSoft offers various data processing models and different decision tools for sensory analysis:
- Qualitative graphs (Principal Component Analysis, Discriminant Factorial Analysis models) to differentiate products based on desired parameters: quality, origin, supplier, batch, etc. More about qualitative sensory models
- Quality control charts (Statistical Quality Control model) to check product conformity. More about quality control charts

AlphaSoft for Gas Chromatographs
Alpha MOS has released new versions of AlphaSoft software to monitor PR2100 gas chromatographs.
User-firendly and flexible, AlphaSoft offers numerous advanced functionalities in gas chromatography to optimize PR2100 instruments performance:
- Ability to visualize the chromatogram during acquisition for immediate integration
- Method and sequence set-up for automated acquisition and processing of series of samples, method development

AroChemBase V3: chemical and sensory characterization of compounds
AroChemBase is a chemical and sensory database allowing to characterize chemical compounds in gas chromatography analysis.
This optional module can be directly integrated in Alphasoft for use with HERACLES Electronic Nose or PR2100 Gas Chromatograph.

- Database split in various application areas or chemical families
- Dual column identification, information available for several columns
