Alpha MOS Board Of DirectorsThe Alpha MOS Board Of Directors is composed of:Jean-Christophe Mifsud, founder and CEO of Alpha MOS. He first owns a Chemical Engineering degree from Toulouse University, then holds a MBA from the ESSEC business school in Paris and a PhD in Neurochemistry. Before founding Alpha M.O.S., he acquired professional experience with the M&A Department of Rhone-Poulenc Inc. USA, and as a Marketing Manager for CIBA-GEIGY in Switzerland. Kléber Beauvillain, holds an electronics engineer degree, a MBA from ICG and a degree from Stanford University. After an experience in the French National Navy, he made his entire carrier at Hewlett Packard. For more than 20 years he was president of HP France and vice president of HP Europe. He was rewarded with legion of honor. Pascal Gendrot, Managing Director of PG Corporate, has worked for more than 15 years as a multidisciplinary consultant in the development of small companies at KPMG then BDO: support in strategy building, organization, funding search, external growth, internationalization. He has 7 years of international experience (Europe, USA, Asia, Africa). Jonathan B. Lapin, President of C Group US Inc., has more than 15 years of experience as a sole practitioner specializing in domestic and international corporate, partnership/joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital as well as general counsel responsibilities for numerous US operations.
